Engaged as program manager on behalf of Fujitsu Services leading the transition and trans-formation of all IT related services for a major manufacturing enterprise globally. The entire outsourcing contract is based on a 5 year engagement. The team is based in Sweden but the
scope is covering all 46 countries where the customer runs business in.

Volvo Cars, 2010
Project manager leading the transition of the IT infrastructure from Ford in USA to Volvo Cars in
Gothenburg. Working closely with representatives from Ford and Volvo plus Volvo IT and other consultants. Managed the project and reported to the CIO of VCC.
Independent advisory, 2008-2010 feb
Engaged by head of IT and CIO of a European utility (energy) enterprise. Head of Operational Development within IT Infrastructure; implementing project office, process (ITIL) development, risk management, incident management implementation, service management and development of a technical integration plan for recent acquired energy company. In conjunction with that, planning for a sourcing strategy for the IT Infrastructure entities.

Support for a Swedish public authority in the area R&D within the areas of main process development (member of steering group and advisor), evaluation of applications for the communication department and assessment/recommendation of restructure of their internal IT-
department.

Swedish Outsourcing enterprise Restructuring of one of the business division, Call Centres
within Nordic countries. Conducted an analysis, planning phase and the execution of an extensive program in order to achieve profitability for the business division. Engagement by the CEO.
Swedish R&D authority (government). Member of steering committee for the core business process implementation program. Advisory role for the management team within
the area of process and IT related matters. Support to the communication manager for new applications (evaluation/introduction). Partially two years.
Establishment of an Operational Development department at the IT Infrastructure entity at a large European Utility enterprise; ITIL process implementation, project office stablishment, Disaster Recovery process implementation group wide, client engagement service development planning etc. Transition of new acquired business.
